We had a total of 14, including 2 under 2 and it was great! The complete package of dishes with two kitchens was just right for our big family. Nice views and was in walking distance to the beach and a few restaurants. Parking was a little tight, but definitely worth the money and stay! Thanks to the owners for sharing your beautiful home

Good Some issues: Faucet in upstairs kitchen is very loose - flapper in in- suite up stairs bathroom toilet does not seal. It leaks - in structions for hot tub, furnace not clear or available - upstairs dryer very noisy- squeaks loud Stay was fantastic though

We live in Florida and brought our boat right to the house. Boat ramp 2 miles down the road was super convenient. House is spacious and had everything we needed to enjoy our time there. We will be back!

We had a wonderful time! This home is clean, updated, has beautiful views of the ocean, the pool is south facing and private, and the home is about a 3 min walk to Bridge Street and a 5 min walk to the beach. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a great experience at this property; fit our 12 family members perfectly! Having the two kitchens was fantastic both for food prep and food storage. Nice pool and dock area.... unfortunately it was quite cold so we didn't get to use it as much as we had wanted too. We were very excited to see dolphins, almost daily!! Close to a lot of shops, restaurants, the beach.... Everything you need within walking distance.

Very nice property with plenty of space, location was great also. We walked to restaurants on bridge street and to the beach. The 2 kitchens were very nice to have with different families staying on both levels. We had the best time! I highly recommend this property! We will be staying here again :)

After a year since we last came to Bradenton Beach on vacation and the WHO announced the global pandemic. here we are one year later enjoying somewhat of a new normal. This place was a wonderful escape from all that’s been going on and helped us recharge for the future this house is our best experience yet. Amazing seaside wildlife. Quiet marina on one side and thick vegetation between the houses offer great private spot. The water was fabulous, some of us swam off the pier and one morning we got a visit by a Manatee while we were floating in the water. Absolutely the highlight of our trip! House has everything you need, we could walk to the sandy beach, water front eateries and bars, any number of great restaurants and shops. The place is ideal if you don’t want to have to load up the car all the time, but still feel like your a little secluded.

The accommodations were ideal for our family. Having two kitchens and lots of room to spread out was wonderful. The pool area is a great gathering spot. Access for the boat was really easy - boat ramp nearby and the dock is great.

We had a large group of family that all stayed at this property while vacationing. Property is in a great secluded area. The pool was great, we had a great time fishing in the canal & had a great time at the beach as it is only a few blocks walk. The house is very large & accommodated all of us very well. We had a problem with the shower not having hot water but someone came and fixed it right away. It was nice there is a grill to cook outdoors. We also really enjoyed the screened in porch area on the upper floor of the house. Overall I would highly recommend this property.

We had a fantastic time at the Bay House. Our party included me and my husband,ouradult kids and their spouses and 6 grandkids ranging from young adults to 3 months. The house was perfect for every age. We took full advantage of the things to do around us. The pool was perfect. The marina is just next door so we took an evening dolphin cruise, rented a golf cart and we found everything we needed to fish off the dock there The beach is a short walk from the house and you couldn’t ask for a nicer beach. Lots of great places to eat with easy walks in Bradenton beach Everything about our trip was great and we plan to stay at the Bay front house again next year. From booking to arrival to check out everything was perfect

Our family of 15 stayed for a week at the Bayfront and loved everything about the week... the home was beautiful .... so much to do in the area that you can walk to...A few little things were needed at the home and the rental agency was amazing and took care of everything very promptly! We stayed here the last full week of April - a beautiful house, and plenty of room for the 12 of us - everyone had plenty of room, and we didn't feel like we were right on top of each other the whole week. We loved the location, which is right on the bay, next to the marina. We got to watch boats come in and out the marina all week! We could walk to the main street with all the pubs and shops, and also the Bridge St. pier. It was also just a short walk to the beach. The beds were comfortable, appliances were up to date, and the bathrooms were very nice! There were plenty of towels/washclothes for all of us, and they even supplied beach towels. The pool and hot tub worked great, and we had no issues with either all week. A few suggestions though - all of the TV's in the bedrooms worked great, but we could not get the TV's in the 2 main living rooms to switch to cable, so maybe a more specific set of instructions on how to accomplish that would be nice. The dryer in the upstairs bathroom kept shutting off, so we think maybe the heating element has burned out - we noticed past guests had also mentioned the dryer not working properly. Also, the housekeeping was ok, but floors seemed swept but not mopped - they were quite dirty, but wasn't really noticeable, since the floors are brown tile, so maybe they need to be a little more thorough with their cleaning. All in all, this was a great family vacation, and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and loved the island!! We will definitely be back, and would definitely try to rent this house again in the future!

We rented this house for our wedding week. We had the biggest room, which was located on the first floor, with a HUGE bathroom for me to get ready in the day of the wedding. It's a really great bathroom :) Anyway, we invited our wedding party to come stay for the week. Our honeymoon wasn't happening here, so they were welcome to have a week long vacation with us! The rooms are set up pretty great, but I wish the first floor bunk room was a bit better. It's like they put all the money into the upstairs, and that room got passed up. The second floor is BEAUTIFUL! Every morning I would be the first one up, would make a pot of coffee on each floor, then go sit with my latte on the top patio. It was gorgeous! This really helped us have a stress free wedding, and we were able to have such a fun time with our friends in the wedding. This is close to a strip of bars, so it was easy to get out & have a good time. The pool was fantastic! At first glance, it's a pretty small pool. Once you're there & swimming, it's really the perfect size. The property management representatives were great & let us walk through it before we rented it, knowing it would be for a special week! They had the kitchen stocked with utensils, cups, everything you would need in a home, not like some other vacation rentals that have a lot of empty drawers. We're already talking about renting it again this year with all our wedding party!

My family and I look forward to our annual trip here every year. The house is immaculate, intimate, and is a slice of paradise located on one of the best islands in the world. We invite friends each year as well because it's spacious and offers plenty of room to let the kids and adults each have their "space"! The pool and the view make it so you don't even need to leave the house. Oh, and the jet skiing, mini golf, ice cream places and restaurants and bars are all less than a 5 minute walk! Prime property, prime location, and always well kept.

We had a sibling and parent reunion to celebrate the 90th birthday of our father. There were nine of us and we loved the house!!!! Plenty of room - we even had one bedroom that was not used (the bunk room). We loved the location - right on the bay with a great dock for fishing, boating or just watching the sunrise! The pool was great but we had a tough time keeping the hot tub warm enough. As advertised there were two kitchens - one on each floor. We only used one for cooking but it was convenient to have another refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher for snacks. The upstairs porch overlooking the bay is screened in and was a popular gathering place. There were bars, restaurants and shops within walking distance yet the house was very quiet and private. We loved Anna Maria Island - laid back and peaceful but close to Bradenton just over the bridge, which is less than a block away. I would recommend this house for anyone looking for a lot of space at a reasonable price. We are even thinking about renting it again next year!

The Bayfront met and exceeded our expectations. The rooms were decorated so nicely. We were so surprised by all the extra touches. We have stayed in many rental units over the years and have become accustomed to the standard bare minimum furnishings. Not the case here! It was like staying in a luxurious hotel. The views from the second level deck were spectacular. We watched the sunrise from there every morning. The kids loved the pool. We saw dolphins almost every day right off the pier. Kudos, also, to the management. We had to call a few times with some questions and each time the call was handled professionally and pleasantly. Highly recommend! I want to go back!

We were hopeful this property would be completed in time for our reservation and we were not disappointed. The home is spacious, well-decorated, and well-furnished. We were 14 people ranging in age from 1 - 60 and we all had a good time. We especially enjoyed the pool and the dock behind the house which provided the kids with great fishing. We enjoyed the sunrises from the comfort of the upper porch and the sunsets on the beach just a 2-minute walk from the house. There were a few finishing touches that were to be added after our stay, and I am sure that just made the house even more enjoyable. We ate almost all of our meals in, and the kitchen was well -supplied. We did not use the gas grill, but thought it looked very nice and would be great for grilling. We appreciated the abundance of beach towels and the beach chairs that were provided for our convenience. The property management staff answered our questions and solved any issues quickly and courteously. We had never stayed in this area before and enjoyed our first time there. The free rolley transportation added to our enjoyment of the island. We would not hesitate to recommend this property to our friends.
