Great location, close to great beaches. House also great with everything you need for a Florida get away!I would highly recommend this home for families. It is difficult for adults to get up the spiral staircase to the upstairs loft area with 3 queen beds. Worked out perfectly for our family.

We had a great stay! The property manager was very easy to get ahold of and the house was wonderful. The pool seemed to be a little chilly so we called and they had maintenance there right away to check the temperature and they turned it up without hesitation. The beach was a short walk anround the corner with the most beautiful sunsets. Overall would definitely recommend!

Please keep in mind while they supply a small supply of dish soap, body wash, trash bags, there are no spices, no real containers to store anything in. It makes it hard to cook at the house when you have to buy all of the spices, containers to put things in etc. There was also a large boat parked under the carport, so if we would’ve had more than one car, there would’ve been no way to park it in the driveway . However, they do have a great supply of items to take to the beach. Was this our favorite short term? No, we say that because we are owners of a short term and maybe we’re just used to providing a lot more basic supplies. However, it is a short walk from the beach.

We had a very pleasant stay. The house sits on top of pillars. The pool is underneath. It is small but clean and neat. The parking space is somewhat messy, which does not give a good first impression. When you climb the stairs, you find that the house is beautiful and comfortable. It has three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We were a party of five and had more than enough room. We arrived on a Tuesday. On arriving, we found that the microwave was not working. We called the management, they said they would replace it the following morning. The microwave did not arrive in the morning. We called the management back a couple of times, and finally received the microwave at around 3:00 pm. That was the only incident we had. Overall, our experience was very good.

Perfect location for a short walk to enjoy the sunrise and sunset. Absolutley beautiful beach. House provided a small wagon which was great for hauling beach gear. Only needed a v type filter for coffeemaker.

The property was perfect for our family because of the pool and a short walk to see beautiful sunsets on a sugar sand beach. Not as well maintained as we hoped for but we spent all day at the beach and when we weren't on the beach we were all in the pool.

We brought our kids (ages 16,17,21,23,24) there was plenty of beds and space to make meals and hang out. Beach access is one block away to the north and two blocks to the west! Bean point is a beautiful area! We walked to pine ave and also rented a golf cart! There were plenty of towels, dishes, etc. we had a great time! The screened in porch was great for the night it rained! So fun!! Thank you!

Our family recently visited AMI for the first time and stayed in this beautiful rustic home. We were not sure what to expect as pictures and descriptions you see online don't always match with reality. The home exceeded our expectations and appeared to be freshly cleaned and immaculate throughout. There was an abundance of extra linens, towels and blankets. The screened in patio was my absolute favorite place to have my morning tea and/or curl up on the couch with a good book and a blanket as the early mornings can be a tad bit chilly. I must admit somedays it was difficult to decide if I wanted to just enjoy the patio, take a nap by the pool or walk 2 mins to Bean Point beach and take it all in. This is indeed a rustic, log cabin -like home that most definitely feels like an airy tree-house.. We had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The check in/out process was simple. The only issue we encountered was a smoke detector that needed its battery replaced. Property management was notified through the app and responded quickly. We were so impressed with our stay here we immediately thought it would be nice to come back for the holidays, Unfortunately when we looked, it was already booked for Christmas. We plan to return some time in the future and hope to enjoy this home again.

A roomy, comfortable home in a great location on Anna Maria Island. Perfect spot for three generations to enjoy a week at the beach. A few quirky details—the spiral staircase, a potential hazard. We stored our coolers and boxes by it to prevent us from walking into it and catching an edge. —the bifold door into the bedroom, just unusual. —the doors above the headboard, can’t figure that one out. All in all, lots of living space, a nice screen porch, a great pool, a short walk to the beach.

The house was perfect and fit all of our needs! I rented this house for a family vacation for myself, my husband, my child, my siblings and my parents and we fit comfortably! We love Anna Maria Island! The house is literally 1 block away from a beach access! The pool was also fully secured/child proof which was great! I have a 3 year old who could not figure out how to open it! We would highly recommend this house and would stay again when we visit the island!

We were a a family of 6 (parents, 2 kids, grandparents) vacationing for 1 week. The house location was perfect! We watched the sunrise at Rod & Reel Pier and the sunset on Bean Point, both only a couple blocks away. The house had a nice supply of beach towels, wagon, beach chairs, umbrella and a very short walk to the beach. The house was very spacious & clean and everything worked great - well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. We enjoyed family meals around the large table and outdoor screened-in porch. The pool was also thoroughly enjoyed by the kids after a day at the beach. We rented bikes from Beach Bums and they really added to our enjoyment. We road them several times a day, to and from Pine Street. We were so content on the north side of the island, we never wanted to go elsewhere. This was our first time to Anna Maria Island and this location could not have been more perfect. Tanya was very helpful and responsive with lots of good tips. I would definitely stay at this house again. We are already looking forward to coming back next year!

We have stayed here for three years now, and have booked for next year. We do an extended vacation to escape our Northern winters ( 30t years now) and love Anna Maria Island. When the place we stayed no longer became an option we were so happy to find this place. The North end of the island is quiet with way less hustle then many Florida spots. But within driving distance for many of those fun places to go. This house is perfect for that quiet relaxing vacation. It is extremely clean and well cared for. It has had improvements ( from large items down to small little detailed items ) every year with any needed updates. Kitchen is well stocked with all your needs for that home cooked meal. Linens are clean and newer for that at home stay you want. We LOVE the screened in porch , it is spacious enough for everyone to enjoy together, plus tucked just enough to give you that feeling of privacy, but with a great view of all going on around you ( we pretty much live out there ). The short walk to the beach makes my day, a book and a chair to enjoy my day, feet in the sand, sun on my face and the sound of the ocean. And occasional sea life views are great. Walk the beach to get that trophy of the perfect shell or sand dollar. And if it's not a beach day, or you are just not up for sand the pool is great big enough to float, or set on the step, or just a swim to cool off. Walking distance to many things as well - our personal favorite is the Rod N Reel Pier, great Florida atmosphere. If you want to go farther but don't want to drive, walk to that trolley stop or our other fun thing we love is call The Monkey Bus! The owner of the house is great to work with and easily reached for any concerns . Would I recommend this house, this location, this vacation? YES, YES and YES!!!

This Anna Maria Island house is perfect place for all travelers looking for easy beach access, romantic sunsets and all kind of water sports activities. House is spacious and well maintained. Owners are great, happy to help and make visitors' stay unforgettable. Despite bad weather in 2 first day (hurricane Hermine) we enjoyed our trip a lot. Close to this location you can find restaurants, stores and rental facilities. We walked, swam, paddled board, rode on bicycles, ate great food, and had a lot fun. We strongly recommend this place.

This is a wonderful house especially when traveling with kids. The large loft with 3 double beds is a great place for the kids to have their own space. We enjoyed having the swimming pool and the location couldn't be better for the very short walk to the beautiful beach. This house has everything you need and want and more than expected. We've stayed at this house twice now and expect to want to go back again. Anna Maria Island is a very laid back spot away from the high rise condos and crowds we found when staying in Destin. Highly recommend this house and this island.

Our family had a great stay! We really enjoyed reading in the screened porch, swimming in the pool, and playing board games in the spacious living room. This home is immaculate, and has a very calming ambience. The location is top notch! The neighborhood is very quiet, surrounded by access to gorgeous beaches, and a short walk to restaurants. A perfect place to stay on Anna Maria!

The is a very nice rental. Great location to walk to the beach. Amazing large porch for relaxing includes a big table for meals as well as furniture for lounging. Simple, clean, refreshing pool. 2 nice bedrooms on main floor and a large loft with 3 double beds. Not super soundproof sleeping conditions but comfortable beds. 2 baths on main floor are updated nicely and clean. Well appointed kitchen. All around great!

The house is in a great location. There are two beach entrances within one block of the house. It is also very close to the Rod snd Reel pier, you can fish and there is a restaurant. The house is spacious and comfortable. We would stay there again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was comfortable and the heated pool was terrific. When they weren't on the beach, the kids were playing in the pool. The beach is a short walk and it's location at the tip of the island means wide, uncrowded beaches away from the sometimes too busy beach front hotels and restaurants. Town is close by - an easy bike or ride - so it was easy to access restaurants and shopping if desired. It was nice to walk the beach and look for shells and admire the many types of birds. One resident advised us not to swim too far out at the very tip (where currents meet) due to rip tides. Safe swimming on either side though. Great vacation!

A unique house with a rustic/Scandinavian feel that suited us perfectly - with the most comfortable mattresses I’ve ever slept on! Our host graciously responded to our request to add a family member, last minute, due to unforeseen circumstances. The house was such a wonderful gathering place for our family, which included our two boys, age 9 and 12, their grandmother and their uncle. Plenty of space to share time together, but also to catch some quiet hours throughout the day. The boys loved the loft and winding stairs, and we all spent hours in the pool, keeping cool in the 90 degree weather with the blast of humidity that hit in November. It was bliss! The location is absolutely perfect for those wanting a less busy area of the island. The 100m walk to the beach made it easy to go for our daily runs. We used all the amenities from the storage area: the umbrella, Frisbee, football, bikes (to ride to Two Scoops for ice cream!), kayak, and the fishing rods! My youngest son and his dad ended up fishing every morning at the Rod and Reel pier (2 blocks away), and every night off the north end (watch the rip currents and jellyfish, though – only on that end) for sunset. We enjoyed the fresh mackerel and flounder, and watching all the other fishermen catching sharks! The swimming on the West side, and long walks all the down towards the public beach were fantastic! The sand was like white flour, and there was endless shell and sand dollar scavenging to be had. We spent a lot of time playing games of cards, reading our books, and eating in the screened porch area – again, lots of space! All the appliances worked well (once we figured out the oven), and there was almost everything we needed in the house. It was also nice to have the small amount of courtesy items (dishwasher and laundry pucks, hand soap etc) to tie you over upon arriving. We tried to leave some as well. We did find that we needed some more dish towels, but bought some and left them there for the next folks. Two suggestions would be to have someone oil/service the bikes (that salty air does nasty things to them!), and to get a small wagon to wheel your things to the beach (lots of people had them). Thanks again for a great vacation spot!

We had such a lovely and relaxing stay here. The property was amazing, lovely and spacious, temperature control was perfect. Area was very quiet. Pool was enjoyed thoroughly. Beach within very short walking distance, lots of restaurants nearby to choose from. We did a catamaran boat trip from the marina and loved it. The house had the basics we needed and just a short drive to nearest supermarket. Found the Donut experiment shop as recommended to us, it's on pine Ave and a must to visit. I really cannot find any negative to the property or indeed the location. We hope to return one day.

The reviews for this property are spot on! Beach is an easy walk and is beautiful white sand and gulf waters. The house has everything you could possibly need .. Beach chairs coolers umbrellas rafts kayak the closet is packed full of stuff you would love to have on vacation. The pool is bigger than the picture leads you to believe and is half shaded which is a necessity mid day in Florida. I would definitely stay here again and the owner was always immediately available and especially helpful.

we spent a memorable week at the tree house. What a lovely place and in an excellent location only a 2 minute walk from a beautiful beach which is really quiet with beautiful white sand. We saw manatees and dolphins swimming! Close to the Rod n Reel Pier which was great for dinner or a late night beer and not to far from other great places to eat. At the house the pool was excellent and the house was really well equipped with loads of things for the beach and even bikes for getting around! The Owner was very helpful making the rental process very easy. A really memorable stay! We hope to be back

We just spent an extended vacation at the Tree House. We have always loved the area, this house is the perfect location. Close to all we love, the beach and the Rod N Reel Pier, Anna Maria Doughnuts, Pine street stores and much much more !! Plus it is a beautiful, quiet location that is great for families. The house was amazing, it is very spacious, and very comfortable. The pool and yard were wonderful, when the day just wasn't a beach day - or to end off a wonderful beach day, rinse off and finish out the day setting in the pool drink in hand. The house is well stocked, from the kitchen, to the beach and anything in between (bikes, small kayak, grill, dishes, beach towels, etc) there wasn't much we hurting for. The owners are great to work with, making the rental experience easy. I highly recommend this rental for your vacation. Go and enjoy the Tree House ~~ enjoy the location, the pool the large screened in porch, the fully equipped house. Enjoy the memorable vacation I am sure you will have.

Das Haus ist sehr schön und geräumig. Es war suber und ordentlich. Der Pool war immer sauber und gepflegt. Zum Strand waren es 2-3 Gehminuten. Den Supermarkt (Publix) erreicht man in 8-10 min bequem mit dem Auto. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

We just spent 5 nights at the Tree House and our family of 5 cannot wait to go back. It was our first trip to Anna Maria Island and we all fell in love with it. Everything was perfect - the weather, beach, and the house, or course. The house is VERY spacious and very comfortable and the location is perfect. My husband and i went for a run around the neighborhood and reallly, this house is in the best spot. The pool was used ALOT all throughout the day. The kitchen is well stocked - we made breakfast everyday and even ate in several nights. We used the bikes to sightsee around the area - another great amenity provided. We used alot of the items in the storage room - kayak, bikes, skim board, beach toys and chairs, cooler, grill. We had dinner at Sandbar and Rod and Reel (got there in time for the gorgeous sunsets; service was great at both). My girls loved the made-to-order donuts at Anna Maria Donuts. We also did takeout at Poppos Taqueria and ice cream at Two Scoops. We managed to fit in some shopping time in the quaint shops/boutiques. We also went on a dolphin tour at Bradenton Beach (check out Paradise tours) - though we did see dolphins and stingrays at Bean Point Beach. Tanya was very easy to work with during the entire reservation process. I guess my only recommendation would be to have a wagon that could be used to load in all the gear to and from the the beach. It wasn't a big deal since there was 5 of us. But after a long day in the sun, we were worn out walking back (though it is a short walk to the house). Our 5 days was not long enough - we cannot wait to go back to Anna Maria Island and the Tree House!

Your vacation home is a piece of paradise! It was glorious and we plan to return next year! Everything was as it was listed plus more. The whole house was immaculate and so close to the beach, stores and restaurants. The pool was a big relief when it was too hot to go to the beach. I can go on and on about everything. It was our first time renting but it won’t be our last! Thanks for entrusting your home to us and for being so nice and accommodating. We will be back for sure!

Absolutely fantastic. I do not know where to begin. We were there with friends of 23+ years that came in and out. We have not been together in 3 years. First, the house is spotless and well cared for. Nice open floor plan. The kitchen is great and well equipped. We spent a lot of time cooking and playing board games at the dining room table after dinner. The kitchen can handle several people with the floor space and counter space. When kids are in the loft, you can still hear what is going on. The pool is larger than it looks in the pictures and stays nice and cool with the partial shade. Tanya (owner) is a excellent to work with and is always immediately available. I had to call her only once... and that was on the way out to thank her for such a wonderful property. Second is location. You can walk out of the house and go in 3 different directions and be on 3 different gorgeous beaches. We took 10' kayaks and very easily hand carried them to the bay beach access and we are in our 50's. We were able to see manatees and dolphin from the shore or kayaking. Beautiful sunsets! Third, we did cook a lot but went out twice for dinner. We went to the Rod and Reel which is a short walk. We also went to the Sandbar by trolley. Both were good but the Sandbar far exceeds in food and service. We took advantage of the local seafood and bought at the Island Seafood Market and clams at Publix. Both were excellent. I was a little concerned with the Publix clams but they were great. If I had to give a negative... I honestly could not think of one thing other than we had to leave. The house was full of so much love that week and I don't think it could have been anymore perfect. Thank you Tanya for a wonderful week.

We have vacationed in Anna Maria many times. We wanted to be steps away from Bean Point this time. This house was the perfect place for us. It took minutes to stroll to our favorite beach area and we used the bikes provided to go get ice cream. The house is very charming and clean. This place offers everything you need to relax and take in the beauty of Anna Maria Island. Also the place is much prettier than the pictures. Loved everything!

We loved this house and location. The location was even closer to the beach than I had expected. The place had everything we needed for our week long stay. A couple of nights we decided to stay in and use the charcoal grill. Our family really enjoyed the screened in porch for the meals and playing different games together throughout the week. The kids in the group really enjoyed using the pool in the morning or after the day on the beach. Tanya was very responsive in answering all of questions about our stay. We had a beautiful dinner at the SandBar during the sunset which was amazing. The Rod & Reel was a cool place to check out for dinner and drinks. We stayed for two weeks and only have positive things to say. The location is amazing with easy access to Rod and Reel, Bean Point, and the Gulf. It is very quiet at the north tip of the island and well positioned for great sunrises and sunsets. The fishing was wonderful and we very much appreciated the extras like the bikes, pool toys, body boards, and umbrella. Having these available allowed us to jump right into our vacation. I would love to stay in this house again!
